He gave sage advice about the details of the design and then, after visiting and making detailed measurements, created a much more sensible plan than we ever would have come up with by ourselves. Just a few days after we okayed the design, his installer, Jesse, arrived and put everything up in very little time for a reasonable sum of money. The bookshelves are handsome and take up very little space in my study, which is a small room in a Manhattan apartment. In the next month or two, we'll probably have him back to create a new design for bookshelves elsewhere in the apartment. He was also incredibly patient as we worked together to finalize the plans (we kept changing our minds and he never batted an eye)! They were beyond friendly, just like Steven, and very skilled. They did a top notch job and the closets look beautiful.
