John surpassed our expectations by totally taking charge of negotiations with the tile store when we discovered that the warehouse only shorted us by 50% of our order. He made it so easy that all I had to do is drive back to pick up the additional tiles, and actually, John had offered to do this as well. He also strongly suggested we have a plumbing issue taken care of that might cause significant problems down the road and even took charge of that by sending photos to his plumber who provided an estimate and fixed the problem that week. (Our plumber had just retired.) John was very pleasant to have around the house for the week as well. Oh, at the beginning, he was great about getting an estimate and materials list quickly, and his prices are quite good for such excellent work.”
