Amazing attention to detail and incredibly responsive. They far exceeded expectations and have already spoken of additional projects and updates with them. Beyond the samples, I always felt like Erin shared my vision for my new home. Erin was always quick to give her expert advice as it relates to the different products and services they offer, but never offered up her opinion on a design element unless I specifically asked (which was a lot, by the way – both Erin and Alice have a fantastic knack for design!). I even asked for Erin’s advice, which she graciously lended, in refurbishing some old furniture to match our new house design after our design process was completed. I cannot wait to see the finished result. I know I will be just as impressed with our new home as I have been about the whole process with Harris Doyle.
