“Jamaica Cottage Shop is awesome. We had a playhouse (Writers Haven) and a shed (Potting Shed), and both are extremely well built. They're very sturdy, and they delivered it to the exact spot we wanted. Our customer representative, Mindy, made sure we got everything we wanted for specifications. She let us customize the buildings so that they were exactly what we wanted! You can always check out pictures on their website.”

“Having been in the real estate business for a lot of years I could not have been happier with my building experience with Bonacio Construction. This is the fourth house I have built and this is by far the smoothest and most enjoyable building experience I have had. The process starts with the estimate (they were the lowest of five local builders) which is gone over from start to finish with everything explained and itemized. Constant updates from the office and a schedule for the anticipated completion, which they hit on the day. A few minor glitches (totally normal with new construction) after we moved in and someone was here within 24 hours to fix it. When people think they can not go through the building process I encourage them to give them a call and see how smoothly it can go. a 100% satisfied customer.”

“My husband and I worked on plans to build our dream home. Presented our plans to belmonte who assisted us in creating these plans to fit our price range, yet not taking away what we felt were the most important pieces. Extremely flexible with meetings, and helped us understand the process step by step. Pete was great at recomendations witthin the space so that every square foot would be utalized vs wasted. We originally had our master suite off the garage and boys off the living room. Pete had great examples as to why we should have this flip flopped. I will never forget his quote in regards to our suite.. we have a hallway to our own suite that brings "a sexy" feel leading into the master suite. He was truly right!! Lindsey was dead on with assiting us with our kitchen design and details. She got a feel for how much we entertain etc and made a perfect kitchen to match our lifestyle.. We will and have already made many recommendations to our friends and loved ones interested in building our home”

Jamie stood out as someone with integrity and honesty, a willingness to work within a budget, and an ability to think "outside the box" for concept, design and efficient/responsible use of materials. Deadlines were met with effective communication of progress--this was especially important as we were not physically at the project during renovation. Superb craftsmanship and attention to detail. We are thrilled with the finished product, and would highly recommend Dufour Design.”

“We hired Andrew Pate to design, create, and install a wall of custom cabinets for our music room. We needed room for a variety of instruments, sound equipment, and media, as well as space for a laptop and office supplies. Andrew's design for the project was creative and attractive and accommodated all our requirements using white oak in a simple arts and crafts style. The project also required electrical work. The completed work is functional, sturdy, perfectly suited to the room, and well worth the cost. Andrew completed the project in a minimal amount of time - quicker than his original estimate. The installation was completed with a minimum of disturbance and he left the area clean at completion. It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew as he is a very personable, knowledgeable, and professional individual. We plan on hiring Andrew again for other projects in the near future.”

“Teakwood Builder remodeled my 140 year old house, and has since done several other projects, including exterior renovation and a new front porch. Their workmanship is very high and they come in on budget. (Sometimes not exactly on time...) They know a lot about old houses and they respect and love them. In other words, their solution isn't just to gut an old house and start from scratch. They work with the architectural details that are in your house and make it even more beautiful. Finally, if there are any problems or issues, they deal with them promptly. Really. I have bid other companies for projects, and they consistently are competitive. Given the quality of their workmanship and service, they are a very good value.”
