Our organization worked with Chris over a three year period to design a major renovation to our structure which was over 60 years old and was severely outdated. Chris worked with us to prepare a new site plan, exterior elevations, and floor plan, including a 2D color rendering of the project. Throughout our engagement with Chris, we found him to be extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in addressing our concerns and some of the constraints of our project (space, cost). He came to us with creative solutions and ultimately the final product was visually stunning and exactly what we needed from a functional perspective. “Trela Roofing & Remodeling did a complete tear off of a cedar shake roof and replaced it with Certainteed Presidential TL shingle. They also replaced 4 skylights as well a new guttering. Trela Roofing & Remodeling started and completed the project on time and we are very pleased with the results. We were a bit nervous about switching from cedar shake to an asphalt shingle because we really liked the look of the cedar roof, however, they were very knowledgeable and thorough with providing all product details on different asphalt shingles we were considering. They provided a list of nearby recently completed jobs in different types of shingles and colors so we could compare. In terms of the skylight, the sales team recommended having 2 of the 4 skylights open after we explained how we envision using the skylights and which rooms they were in and what direction they faced (sun vs no sun). I was impressed that they didn't recommend the higher priced skylights that opened for all 4 but only recommended 2 openings to help with ventilation. The crew was highly professional and always kept the job site clean and secure (we have little kids and were a bit worried about debris in the yard or driveway where they play). During the job, the sales team kept us updated on the progress (even what might happen when there was a threat of rain) and even had a few suggestions on additional woodworking detail on the eave of our garage (which we went ahead and did and it looks very nice). This company has been around for years and years and is family owned. I'm confident that if I had a question or concern in the future on my roof or skylights or gutters, they would provide exceptional customer service as they did throughout the job. I would highly recommend this company for all your roofing and remodeling needs. We are very pleased with our new roof - our house looks like it has been transformed and we are very excited about the warranty of our roof as well as the no maintenance required with an asphalt shingle. We will be contacting them when we need to replace our windows shortly”

“I needed Interior & Exterior Work Done at the Property to meet Underwriting Guidelines prior to Closing. I Needed A Quote ASAP and the Work Completed Within 5 Days. Rondell Muhammad of The RMI Group was recommended by My Great Realtor Earick Rayburn. I met with Ron & A contract was Signed, Now 3 Days Left for Work to Completed & Inspected by Bank's Appraiser. Ron Stepped Up to Plate knowing that the Schedule would tight, His Crews were already on Working on Several Large Building Rehab Jobs. The Interior Work was Completed and Several Outside were Made More Difficult by The Weather Temp. Dropping Quickly that Weekend. The Outside work Included Brickwork, Tuckpointing, Soffit Replacement, Garage Door Installation and Entry Door New Locks. Did I Mention That A Tree Had to Cut Away in the Rear of The Property!! Rondell Muhammad and His Crew Completed the Job in 3 Days, WOW. The Deal Closed the Following Tuesday. The Deal was Dead in The Water if He Couldn't Complete All Work By Monday. I Have Already Used His Company Again for Another Job & I Plan To USE The RMI Group For 2 Full Bathrooms Remodel in My Own Home. If You Ever Read This, THANKS AGAIN RON!!”
