“My husband and I hired Chelsea to design the interior spaces and recommend furnishings for the entire interior of our new home. The home is a different style and feel than we had ever lived in before. We have two college-aged kids, and we wanted a grown-up space that was warm and inviting for our guests, but still felt like home to our two kids during their regular visits. Chelsea nailed it in every way. There were many things we enjoyed about working with her, but the top five are: 1. She listened to us, took our feedback and incorporated it into her recommendations without any ego or preconceived ideas of what she wanted. 2. She was organized, prompt, efficient, effective and communicative - for months, we emailed on multiple topics each day. She was NEVER an obstacle - she kept us on our target completion date and kept the project moving. Our project lasted about six months. 3. She established a comprehensive budget at the outset, which we ultimately exceeded just slightly, BUT we did so knowingly and she called out the choices we made as those that were "investments" vs. "good values." We have a combination of both in our new space. 4. She created space for each of our college kids that they LOVE. This was so important to us - they have new and sophisticated grown-up spaces with touches of important mementos from their childhoods thrown in. 5. We are SO COMFORTABLE here. Chelsea always emphasized our new home is a living, functional space first and not a shrine. Her knowledge about products, finishes, fabrics, and combinations of all of those is so comprehensive. She recommended a lovely combination of objects and the result is an amazing space in which we enjoy spending time with our friends and family. I would hire Chelsea again without hesitation and have already recommended her to several close friends. I think anyone that can hire her is lucky to have her!”

Initially, we worked with him only on the design phase and were amazed at how he was able to take our meager scribbles and drawings of the ideas in our minds, and transform them into a house plan that was exactly what we had envisioned. His understanding of proportion, sight lines and light is exceptional and he was able to incorporate each of those aspects where it mattered most. After leaving a previous contractor in disappointment, we were delighted to know that Elevate Design+Construct would also be able to build our home for us as well. Having confidence in knowing that the architect who designed the house was now going to be building it, we were relieved by how much Mike understood our needs to build a robust house for three small boys and two puppies. “As a sub-contractor for Neu Construction, Inc. we appreciate the process of a remodeling project. Once the schedule is set the process stays pretty much on schedule. There are rarely any change orders because all decisions have been made prior to starting a project. Also prompt payment is very much appreciated. “I am a decorator, and met the QM Team through a client! She was downsizing from a 4000 sq ft home to a 1400 sq ft. condo and had asked for help 'editing' things to bring to the new abode. David & Tony did everything from flooring, to tile, paint, new doors...you name it, they did it in this new space...and the client was MORE than pleased! Being a decorator, details mean a great deal to me...and I couldn't be happier with the results! We used the QM Team for a Seattle condo we own, replacing a tired backsplash in the kitchen, re-working a laundry room closet for a new stackable washer/dryer, and re-routing some wiring. All work was completed in a very short period of time (we had appliances being installed!) and to perfection! The price was fair, and competitive with the other two bids I sought. Next was our home, they painted our kitchen cabinets, as well as all of our doors & casings, installed a new marble backsplash, installed new lights, repaired our wood deck & replaced the wood posts with metal...utilizing our same glass to save us a thousand dollars! We would highly recommend David, Tony, Elias & Fabian!”
