“I am a residential designer who has worked with Osada Construction for several years now. Matt has built two of the homes that I have designed in the Falcon Ridge Development in Asheville, NC. The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. “Assembly's team is nothing short of amazing. Super on top of it, great communicators, and talented in both the design and build aspects. It was really nice having one team manage both the design and build of our house-- less back and forth, more cost efficiency, and we could not be more thrilled with the results. It really was a smooth process from start to finish. We appreciated all of the transparency around cost, and the realistic guidance they gave throughout our decision making. It also felt very personal... we got to know their team well in the process, and it felt like they really grew to understand us and what we were going for. Faced with zoning limitations, Sid, working with our architect, gave us an elegant, livable space. He listened to our needs and wishes and used an incredible amount of imagination to re-think our current space, adding special touches that really make our home unique and beautiful. “We would highly recommend Egan Construction to anyone. We had them remodel our family room, extend our deck, add a screened porch, and design/build our dock. We are thrilled with the final product and the attention to detail. Marvin Egan is hands on, excellent as a communicator and an overall genuine person. We had an issue with the painters who stained our deck (not an Egan crew). Marvin had the decking replaced and re-did the entire job with his crew. We can't say enough about their customer service. It is above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We will be enjoying our house and dock with family and friends for years to come!”

“I cannot recommend Jeb and Emily at Mountain Sun highly enough. Their process for design and construction is both thoughtful and honest. We came in to the project at about 60% complete and we were immediately provided a full list of proposed finishes and fixtures. We found the finishes superior to others encountered in the market and quickly made the decision to allow the project to proceed as proposed. I believe that was the smartest move we made during our entire home buying process. The attention to detail is constantly commented on by our guests. The home we ended up with has integrity in every facet from windows, to the gutters, to the solar system and appliances. Even the landscaping (often an afterthought in todays spec. homes) is both functional and beautiful. Jeb was on site everyday overseeing construction quality and always patient with my presence and questions. All of our future projects will start with these guys. -CD”
