“Harmon Builders set the bar high and then exceeded it every step of the way. Their attention to detail, superior craftmanship, organization, communication and diligence made our custom home building process smooth (and believe it or not, fun!) They took our raw piece of land void of any infastructure and turned it into a beautiful and relaxing haven where nature meets modern comfort and design. From the moment we talked with Melani and Paul we knew they were going to be the builders of choice for our project. Harmon Builders approached our project as if it was their own home. They cared as if they would be living there and thought through every possible scenario and fact of life to ensure everything would be both beautiful and functional. They strive for superior quality in every last element and detail. In addition, their constant communication ensured we felt confident in the process, progress and quality of our home. And to top it all off, they are lovely people. It has been a pleasure to get to know Melani and Paul and such a bonus to enjoy hanging out with them over the duration of our project. “We hired LeFaivre based on a recommendation from someone who installed our back splash. Their professionalism was obvious from the beginning; they (specifically, Andy Whitfield) set up a sketch of what our basement could be and once we made a few minor changes, the basement was then on its way to looking good. The project was completed in a timely manner and we have received compliments on how good it looks. The bathroom is so much nicer than the ones I was given by the builder. The person who headed our project completion went above and beyond for us; he installed our pool table lights, our dart board, and put in extra protections in our cat room so that the carpet wasn't chewed up by two kitties. All in all it was a wonderful experience!!”

“We experienced a tremendous amount of damage to our townhome with the flood that hit our area in October 2011. We had 16 feet of water, (basement and first floor). Mel was recommended to us and responded to our call the next day. Damage was extensive as you can imagine. Everything had to be redone from the insulation in the basement ceiling, to all electrical and hvac, to replacing the firewalls on both sides of our townhome, to replacing windows, doors, walls as well as the entire kitchen needed replaced. Once the insurance paperwork was "settled" they started--Mel was fantastic in the planning stages, took us out 1 day to shop for all we would need-flooring choices, kitchen cabinets and counters, plumbing and fixtures. We never would have been able to do what was done and have the outcome we have without his help. Once the insurace checks started coming the work really got started and Mel and his team worked diligently and we were back in our "new" home in February 2012. We highly recommend Mel and his team. He is knowledgeable, his team members respectful and hardworking, organized and he kept us in the know with everything that was happening. We definately would recommend him to anyone looking for great work done!”

“Cisney & O'Donnell's rebuilt our front porch, put in windows, and rubber roofs above outcroppings on a larger roof of a turn-of-the-century mansion. Their work was excellent. The crew was efficient tearing off the old construction, cleaning up the debris, and rebuilding the new construction. After 10 years we have not had one leak in the roof, the porch still looks like new and the window works perfectly. The crew was polite, did not interfere with our daily routines and was quite pleasant when asked questions about what they were doing and why. The supervisor did an excellent job helping us with design decisions and recommending the best materials for the job. We certainly are pleased with all aspects of the work Cisney & O'Donnell did for us. We would recommend the company to anyone doing new construction or repairing/rebuilding an old building like ours.”
