“Our 2nd small reno project with Menno Martin Contractor was a bathroom re-do to add cabinets and a new sink. Great design, nice materials, excellent, attentive contractor and subcontractors, all great to deal with. I kind of want an option for 4-and-a-half start rating… a couple of mistakes were made with the installation the first time around, though they were understandable results of very slight gaps in communication. They were absolutely and correctly addressed when we brought them up, it just delayed completion and convenient use of the bathroom slightly longer. I'd like to emphasize how much that means to us - occasional mistakes are inevitable but I think it REALLY shows quality with how promptly and professionally they are handled.”

“I found Duane (who came to give me my estimate) to be very professional and thorough. He did not take much of my time - for them it was a small job - but took measurements and asked questions to make sure he was sure what I wanted. I then received an email asking me to choose railing and baluster styles, which I did. Jamie arrived right on time, did BEAUTIFUL work, and was finished when Duane said he would be. As I said, my job was very small, and was squeezed between 2 larger jobs, but I could not be happier with the result. Also important......exactly on budget. What more can you ask?”

“Duo is an excellent company that believes in quality work. They offer a broad range of services from renovations of bathrooms, kitchens and basements to the largest of home renovations. Many dental offices in London, Ontario have been built or renovated by Duo. Duo's personnel are highly skilled craftsmen. They are courteous and, most importantly, they clean up the job site each evening. Each project has one head carpenter who serves as the contact person for any question or concern that the homeowner may have. The crew stays onsite until the job is done- no starting and disappearing for them. I had a second floor put on my house, a small office renovation, a garage rebuilt and am awaiting a new perimeter fence and some work on my rental properties.”
