“I had searched for several years for the right contractor to redo my kitchen. I tried several contractors on smaller home improvement projects or handyman jobs but they all were either poor communicators, poor quality or too expensive. I found New Line Remodeling on a Maryland Contractors site and Carlos was at my home the next day to review my handyman projects. He asked excellent questions, quoted a fair price and finished the first job I gave him the next day. I was so pleased, I showed him my kitchen and hired him to replace the countertops and cabinets as well as install a new garbage disposal and a tile backsplash. He worked with me on each step of choosing cabinets, granite, sink, under cabinet lighting etc. His network of granite and cabinet people were excellent as well! His attention to detail was even higher than mine (and I am picky) and the end result was gorgeous, on budget and a total installation time of 6 DAYS from tear out to being able to use my new kitchen. He even rerouted the mess of pipes under the sink for a more functional space. I ALWAYS recommend New Line Remodeling for any job in my home or my friends' homes. I use them exclusively for any work I need done.”

“Put in Cove lighting in media room and built screened in area under deck. The work was well done. Weather contributed a bit to a delay in finishing the outside work. The company is very busy and slow to provide estimates. Once contract is signed they keep to the schedule and if there is a schedule change they notify you in advance.”

“Oz did a beautiful job on our kitchen renovation. We did not move any walls, but he removed our 1959 cabinets and appliances back to the plaster, rewired the whole kitchen, and installed new lighting, plumbing, flooring, tile backsplash, cabinets and appliances. He worked with us to help figure out where we could economize and where it was important to spend money. His pricing was completely transparent - he charges for his own labor, without marking up materials or subs. All the subcontractors and vendors he brought in were professional and pleasant and did a great job. The cabinet vendor he recommended was also very responsive to our ideas, made really useful suggestions, and it was obvious that he and Oz had a long, mutually respectful relationship. The kitchen was completed in three weeks! (It would have been two, but the granite countertop took a week or so to template and fabricate.)”

“This is a newer/"start up" Home Remodeling Company operating in the Bowie MD area. The owner has invested the money in equipment and personnel to make this is a "real" company, and not some "a guy and his truck" type of company. He has his MHIC number and is full insured. We had them in to mainly paint our house inside and out, and this quickly evolved into "fixing things" or installing windows and doors. They did a superb job. The owner (Rob) spends most of the day on sight when he can. Worth noting is that he is a sitckler for hiring quality people, and it really shows. They are extremely prompt and clean up at the end of the day. They came in quite a bit lower than a larger competitor. We agreed on a price and schedule, and they stuck to both. i would recommend this company without hesitation.”
