“Jay Martinoli and his crew re built 3/4 of my home 3 years ago. They showed up every day and didn't leave me waiting .His crew was respectful and fun to work with. He helped us plan an new layout for our home. He turned a house that was from the 1970"s and falling apart into a beautiful modern home. We had a 3 season porch that was totally falling apart he tore it down and built us a family room with cathedral ceiling and made it the same level as the rest of the house so it became part of our first floor greatly increasing our living space . He gutted out our old outdated small kitchen and gave us a beautiful huge kitchen any chef would love to work in now both me and my husband can cook at the same time. He tore the wall down between my dining room and the kitchen and made a open floor plan. He took advantage of every bit of space we had to open the home up and give us more living space. He also gave us 2 new bathrooms and the tile work is beautiful. While one crew was working on the inside he had another crew siding the house and putting a new roof and installing new windows. We are extremely happy with our new home . And the cost was reasonable I used to go to my friends houses and wish my home was like theirs NOW my home is even better than theirs. Thank You Jay”

“I had a rather small job, a little "nook" in the kitchen, however it was treated as if it were a whole house. My ideas were listened to and incorporated into the design. The crew came, on time and worked until lunch, they had their lunch and got back to work. They were respectful, polite, there was no rough language and at the end of each day they cleaned up every nail, swept and my kitchen never had that "in process" look to it. When the job was done (and quickly) the crew made sure that they had everything inside and out picked up and put back. I didn't have to go out and clean up the construction site. At the end of the project I was contacted to not only insure that I was happy with the work but to make sure I was happy with the crew as well. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job from design, crew, work and completion.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Alan Mann on four distinct projects over a 10 year period of time. All have been large, multi-week remodeling projects that have improved our home (and our parent’s home). These projects have included all aspects of home building and have been delivered earlier than expected with excellent value. Our most recent project was a major remodel of our kitchen. Ironically, we had friends doing the same – our project started later, ended earlier, was less expensive and yet was for a larger space. Previous projects have included adding extensive trim work to a previously unadorned house, converting an attic space to a two person office with sitting area, adding a bathroom, built-ins for multiple bedrooms, and rehabbing an older ranch (our parent’s home) that had significant structural damage from pests. In general, we have come to view Alan as our partner in home improvement who not only delivers excellent work but helps us with both the small and large choices that come with any construction project.
