“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. “Can't say enough about Patrick! My wife and I were looking for a contractor to replace our original fiberglass shower/tub combo and replace it with a large walk in shower. Patrick completed an estimate that we were happy with as it was very reasonable compared to other contractors. We showed him the layout/concept we were looking for and the end result was nothing short of awesome. This project was upstairs and care was taken to protect our flooring and stairs on the daily. Clean up was performed daily with minimal impact on daily living. Patrick was always courteous, returned phone calls in a timely manner, always answered questions and kept us updated on the status of the project. He handled any changes very well and listened to our ideas and made it happen. Our particular project from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Thanks again Patrick!”
