“We were in desperate need of having our bathrooms and kitchens remodeled and we are more then glad that we found Bay Quality Construction they did such a beautiful job! We couldn't be happier. The quality of work was A+ and I would recommend them to anyone that wants exceptional work at affordable pricing. I never had to worry about them. We went through everything I wanted and it all came out beautifully. They are very knowledgeable and thorough. One thing I loved is they cleaned up their work area every day when they were finished. You can't go wrong with this company. We also had the pleasure to work with Brenda and she was able to help us with any questions we had it didn’t matter what time or day it was! “Modular remodeling and design did an amazing job remodeling both our kitchen and master bathroom! They were always in constant communication with us, walking us through the entire process. Alan’s team work almost every day to make sure we finished the remodel on schedule. Once the job was completed, Alan went out of his way to make sure everything was just perfect and that we were completely happy with every detail. Their customer service was amazing. The best way to describe their quality of work is by just looking at the pictures yourself! They made our dream bathroom and kitchen become a reality. Definitely recommend them for any construction or remodel project!”

“I used Virtue to redo my guest bathroom. It involved a full tear out and rebuild of the floors, tub/shower, vanity, and toilet. All the light fixtures were replaced as well. They were professional from the quote to when the job was finished. They were on time for appointments and completed the job on time as promised. I thought this company was nothing but professional, honest, and provided what they said they would provide. I highly recommend Virtue Construction.”

“The project manager Kia and his team were very professional and thorough throughout the entire job. We had our small patio paved and had a budget of less than $10,000. We chose Belgard's Catalina stone. Kia helped us stay within budget and still get us what wanted out of the space. During the initial site inspection Kia listened to what we wanted and made recommendations as to the type and size of pavers that would work for our patio. Within a couple of weeks, they scheduled a time and date and got the job done within 4 days of work which was 3 days less than what they estimated. So far we're very pleased with the finished product and the service we got from the Black Diamond team. I will post more pictures once we've completed landscaping the yard with plants and furniture.”

From initial consultion to design to picking of tiles and materials they were always there to guide us when we needed it. Lital was the project manager for us and she was a pleasure to deal with. “I worked with Chad, the owner, on the redesign of my 1,000 square feet home, which includes a master bathroom addition and a new roof structure. Chad is easy to work with and his past experience as general contractor is very valuable when designing while paying attention to the overall building budget. He is a Green Building Professional and is on top of new products on the market. What I liked most is that he is very open minded about materials that he hasn't worked with and he did quite some research to give me professional advise. Chad does plan heated floors, which was the selling point for me when I was looking for a designer. Getting to know him over the course of the design project confirmed that he is a true expert in various areas. If I get stuck during construction and need independent advice, it is a peace of mind that I can always call Chad and get his opinion.”

“We hired Bluejay Nest to finish a detached studio on our property. The main contractor, Gerardo, first came out to view the studio to provide us an accurate estimate for the job, Afterwards, they followed up via email with a detailed estimate. Vanessa and Gerardo are professional, quick to respond and knowledgable about the remodeling business. Gerardo's crew was available to complete the project around the new years holiday. They installed sheetrock and trim before painting the studio. In addition, they installed engineered hardwood flooring. The team cleaned up the work site meticulously as well. We are very happy with Bluejay nest and would highly recommend them. We are currently in the early stages of planning a remodel with them as well!”
