“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate.
They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“They did nice job on finished my basement. Only little problem is miscommunication about the flooring. I wish I have driCore so I won't worry about getting the floor wet from minor flood. Every floor slaps got split and I have to push it back together is a pain.
They done many floor work beside finished basement. My dining room, kitchen and bathroom, all are nice. One minor problem, they poke hole in wall but they fixed it. The hole in wall behind my refrigerator are sloppy job (I missed see that part). Just found out two weeks ago when a guy removed my old refridge to put in new one. They put nice counter top in kitchen and bathroom.
I wish they could do small job for me when I need help with.”
