Benjamin is a FIRST CLASS builder. Honest, well spoken, adhered to quote-no surprises, got sample deck material for our approval. no hassle, adhered to quote, did exactly as quoted, cleaned up job site. “Our family beach home was in dire need of repair/updating. Living in another state makes home projects much more challenging and somewhat daunting. “From our very first meeting through the end of the project we were very happy with our choice of Rick Smith as our general contractor. We did a complete remodel of a home on White Lake, Michigan. We more than doubled the square footage with the original house stripped down to studs. We worked well with all of the "sub-contractors" that he recommended and are very pleased with the finished product. Our project was ready for "move-in" after 7 months and we have no regrets! “Andrew and Nick are comparable price wise however they are very precise about details. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in life and while some do fair work usually they are not that particular. I love that I don’t have to watch the process because they go beyond what I would have expected! They are doing quite a sizable job for me and I know the floor replacement will be sturdy!
