He then proceeded to sketch out my kitchen right in front of me, exactly how I envisioned it. The trades people for cabinets (Samantha), flooring, electrical, drywall ( Kelly), painter all were very knowledgeable about their products and installation for cabinets was above and beyond. Mike has been very professional, honest and caring in his dealings with us. What he quoted was exactly what we paid , except a couple things I changed we paid extra for. Mike knew we were on a budget and he proceeded most economically and efficiently for us. Started demo Nov 2/21 finished Nov 30/21 , with a few touch ups in December. Would highly recommend this company, If you want it done properly and done right Bella Rosa Developments is the choice.”
