After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. “Jonathan renovated two bathrooms for us. His work was exceptional in every way. He provided cost projections, revised as necessary as design decisions and purchases were made and kept us informed as work progressed. Jonathan is also a carpenter so did this aspect of the job himself. His work in this regard was precise and methodical. We liked his choice of trades people. Plumber, electrician, tile layers and painter were all meticulous and pleasant to have in our home. They were also very considerate that we were living there. As with any renovation there were glitches. At one point costs were exceeding what we’d hoped due to our aspirations being bigger than our budget. John stayed the course with us through some frustration helping us to make decisions about where to compromise. An extra bonus is that Jonathan only takes on one major job at a time and so you always have his full attention. Unlike other renovations we’ve done in the past, with this renovation there were no down periods while we waited for work to resume and workers to get back to us from other jobs. We have no reservations highly recommending Jonathan.”

“I first worked with Ryan and his crew when I wanted to update my West Seattle home. I wanted to update the bathroom without spending a small fortune. Ryan came up with great looking, cost effective solutions. They also replaced the windows & doors. They did such a nice job that I contacted them again when I wanted to convert my downstairs into an ADU. Once again, Ryan came up with cost saving ideas for the ceiling, bathroom, flooring & kitchenette. It was completed in a timely manner and looked amazing! “We hired Derek to repair drywall in 2 bathrooms that had been cutout for plumbing repairs, additionally one cabinet had to be re-installed. Derek did a great job restoring the drywall, blending the texture into the previous texture, and painting. He also re-installed the cabinet back to its original condition. We are very satisfied with Derek's workmanship and enjoyed working with him. I will hire him again should the need arise.”

“Green Line Construction has done great work for us on two occasions. They were hired by a restoration company to perform all of the repair, painting and and finish work required after a leaking pipe connection resulted in extensive water damage to our home. Remembering their good work, we hired Green Line for a remodeling project that included adding three bedrooms and upgrading a bathroom. The work was done quickly and professionally with excellent results. Remodeling is challenging for a number of reasons, requiring ingenuity and patience on the part of the construction company. Green Line Construction certainly provided all that was needed and more.”

“I used Blue Sound Construction for a kitchen renovation that took the original kitchen down to the studs and also moved a wall and a window, creating a dining room where our library used to be. Blue Sound Construction suggested design elements and worked with us every step of the way to create a space that did what we wanted it to. They worked through some big challenges -- such as a significantly sloping floor and ceiling -- to implement the vision. The result is beautiful, an open, airy, clean-looking space that is a cook's dream. Not only is the kitchen beautiful and functional, the whole main floor of the house looks open, airy and much larger than when we began. The flow of the floor works well and the rooms lead one into the other. I feel like our house has been transformed. Blue Sound Construction did a wonderful job. The project took longer than we had expected (or been told to expect) but the end result was completely worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Sound Construction to anyone else.”
