“I loved working with Mancuso Homes. I just completed a whole home renovation. Mancuso held my hand and guided me through the entire process. Matthew was my first point of contact, helping me through the initial phase and creating the project timeline. Next, Liz, the designer, helped me to create and design the home of my dreams. She had great suggestions and ideas. She also listened to me about what I wanted and helped to make it possible. Luke, the project manager, was a real pro. His leadership and drive kept the project on schedule, even when there were a few unforeseen hiccups. I had weekly Friday conference calls with him throughout the construction phase of the project. Those calls covered what was accomplished that week and what work was upcoming for the following week so that I knew what to expect. Mancuso uses an app called Builder Trend which made everything easy to communicate from project management and selections, to daily logs, and keeping track of costs. Builder Trend kept us all on the same page and schedule. Each night, Luke would post the work that was done, who did it and pictures to show the progress. With Builder Trend and Liz and Luke's communications, I never felt out of the loop, which took away a lot of my stess, especially considering the investment I made in the renovation. Mancuso estimated that it would take eight months. They finished a few weeks early... And I love the way it looks!”

“We recently wrapped up a full house remodel with Keselman Construction. It involved all 4 floors of our house and included a full bath remodel (2.5), a kitchen remodel, stairwells, framing, drywall, painting, custom carpentry, asbestos removal, plumbing, electrical, flooring and ceilings. We interviewed a dozen general contractors (2 were referrals) and I'm so glad we chose Keselman! They handled our project with the utmost workmanship and professionalism. Our estimator was spot on in the original quote, our designer was intuitive and honest, our PM was organized and diligent, and the construction professionals were very skilled and polite. While most construction projects are hairy by nature and delayed (ours was no exception), I still give Keselman a 10/10. Their high standard of work is evident through the people they choose to hire, the respectful way they treat their customers and the final craftsmanship displayed throughout our whole home.”
