“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

Guy made it all look very easy as he explained me every step and was very detailed and patience with me, He helped me choose all the materials and also help me with his contractor discounted prices. “I worked with Inspired builders on my master bathroom remodeling back in 2021. I met David the project manager at the first meeting and he was very professional and honest. The estimate was very reasonable and fair, so after interviewing several companies I hired David and Inspired builders. We started with design, the designer was very thorough helping me choose my tiles and fixtures and took care of the permitting. David was often in my house running the project along with Antony the foreman and the crew. They were very professional and clean making sure my bed cloths are covered and protected. The project turned out exactly as I imagined and I am enjoying my new bathroom every day. I am planning to remodel my second bath next year and I will definitely call David again. Highly recommended!!”

“We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

“After getting several estimates from different companies, I was fortunate to find ON Design & Remodeling. I had no idea what I wanted to do but ON Design & Remodeling came in, took a look at my kitchen, created a 3D Design that was mind-boggling to say the least. The reality of it is, they came in, completely demo’d my boring, old kitchen and gave me the kitchen of my dreams! And the hood itself is just a work of art. They exceeded my expectations at every turn. Literally impeccable workmanship! My kitchen turned out so amazing, we begin demo on my master-bath, master bedroom & closets in 10 days. I can only imagine what they will do there!”

“I chose Tom for a few reasons. From the three bids that we received, I liked and trusted him the most. I having a background in construction myself, I was able to test him, as I did with everyone else. And I valued his honesty and work ethics. He was very good with explaining and answered most of my questions before I ask them. His. His price was reasonable as well. As for the end results, my wife and I were very happy and ended up giving him another job. The initial job was a shared bathroom. And later on we hire Tom to do the master bathroom which came out amazing!”

From the first meeting Shai listened carefully to my thoughts as I shaped my thinking and decisions relative to the remodel and provided a timely estimate, answered my many questions, had a project plan, and had a great team. I would encourage anyone to check out Cal Green Remodeling. They exceeded all my expectations when they constructed our new 900sqf ADU! Construction can be stressful, but Shai made the process easy. He was extremely hands-on for the duration of my remodel. He made frequent visits and made sure we were always on schedule. The crew was skillful and respected my home by cleaning up every day. “Tom & James, our project managers, did general contract work for me in the kitchen and bathroom. They did a superb job managing the project. I was very pleased. His team worked on the floors, counters, painting and plumbing. 
My favorite is the shower, and bathroom/kitchen cabinets.”
