“My wife and I are exceedingly happy with the Mission style aquarium stand Chuck built for us after we discovered that the one that came with the tank was not only ugly, but unusable because of mass produced inaccuracies, and poor choice of material. In addition to that our home’s living room floor posed a further challenge because it was significantly more off from level than I had imagined. Chuck saved the day, and after thorough consultation with us created a one of a kind custom solution that not only takes care of all the requirements but is also aesthetically pleasing and blends in with the rest of our rustic furniture as if it came from the same source. He designed a Mission style piece made of white oak with slate inlays, an internal steel frame resting on eight leveling feet that guarantee even distribution of the enormous weight of water and contents, doors that open 170 degrees and can be taken off and reinstalled with a simple click and outfitted with a soft close mechanism so the fish won’t get startled, all with a height to accommodate my CO2 cylinders and regulator for my plant fertilization system. Chuck made sure he understood not just all the requirements and needs but our aesthetic preferences, and existing conditions as well, consulting with us regarding decisions not just before but along the way, exceeding our hopes and expectations with a one of a kind custom heirloom creation that will remain a focal point in our living room for us and visitors to enjoy equally. We highly recommend Chuck to anyone looking for a quality custom solution to a unique design problem. “Pikes Peak Construction has done several projects for me. The latest one was a removal and installation of HVAC, dry walling laundry room, relocating water heater and duct work, laying laminate flooring, painting, and lighting work. They were efficient, on time and very thorough. One thing I appreciate is that they have workers here daily with no big waiting periods in between. They employ excellent subcontractors and their own employees are superb. The quality of the work is always unbeatable. They listen to what you want and give input as to what will work best for your money.”

“In short: HIRE THE HAINBACH BROTHERS!!!!! In detail: We hired Daniel and Noah to update our 1960’s bathroom. It was tiny, had water damage and had poor ventilation. Daniel arrived to take measurements of the bathroom within days of me calling him, and I had a quote just as fast. We wanted to remove a closet adjacent to the bathroom to add it to the entire space of the bathroom. The Hainbach Brothers came in and removed all of the disgusting old components of the bathroom and cleaned up at the end of each workday. Daniel and Noah helped mitigate any stress that may have existed with a bathroom model, and explained things along the way. The project took about a month to complete and we could not be happier with the outcome. The level of precision that was executed is overwhelming. Daniel and Noah put details into this bathroom that we would never have thought to ask them to do. They edging on the tile, the grout lines, installation of the exhaust fan, the placement of all of the fixtures… it is perfect. They also rebuilt the closet in the bedroom and matched the texture. You would never know that the closet and linen closet were not originally there. HBE would get a 10/10 for customer service, level of expertise, timeliness, and communication…. I could go on and on. I would recommend HBE to ANYONE for ANYTHING! We will be hiring them again and again!!!!”

“We moved from California to Colorado and bought a house that had never been updated since it was built in 1980. It looked awful but had good bones. It had carpet throughout, linoleum, separate but large kitchen, popcorn ceilings, windows that needed replacing, orange peel wall texture, no mantle on the 15x20ft moss rock fireplace, small wood baseboards and door casings, no lighting or ceiling fans, outdated window coverings in the living room that actually had an insert into the wall to accompany some of the thick curtains, square corners, a mirrored wetbar in the long hallway with a 'cat perch' or landing for plants on top of it, thin plank stair rails, 1980 appliances, etc. I interviewed several interior designers and remodelers for this and decided to go with Andy Sikora of Sikora Construction & Remodel & his wife,. Kathy at Speas Interior Design. I knew it was a huge project and wanted someone who had extensive experience and testimonials so I went with him and his wife's company. Working together as a design and remodel team, his crew got to work tearing down walls in between the kitchen and dining, opening up entry ways, tearing out wetbars, rebuilding the kitchen and cabinet space including framing, sheetrock, hvac, building stairwalls, retexturing, painting, trimwork, gas, plumbing, electrical and lighting, backsplash installation and whatever else was on the scope of work to open up the kitchen into the dining and living room and make an updated, open concept living area. Andy and his crew were very professional, got things done quickly and expertly, cleaned up after themselves, were polite, positive and a joy to work with. He provided a detailed scope of work at the beginning and then monthly thereafter, we chose what we wanted to do, any change orders needed to be signed off by us and there were no financial surprises.. I was also glad I hired Sikora Construction and Speas Interior Deisgn because I wanted flawless communication between the design and construction so we did not waste time or energy to complete this remodel. I highly recommend Sikora Construction and Speas Interior Design for any of your remodeling work.”

“We hired Jake to remove rotten and damaged wood from decks and balconies, replace with new wood, and re-paint all the decks and balconies on our 3,500 sq. ft. house. The extensive work that was needed made the house look really bad, and there were safety issues as well. He and his team of workers finished the project a few days early and within our budget. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Construction is sturdy and well-thought-out, and they paid attention to every detail. On top of that, we were impressed with Jake's professionalism and tendency to go above and beyond. He accommodated any small requests we had with no problem. All of his team were friendly and respectful of our property, and we were impressed with how clean they left the site! All our balconies are now built to code and look absolutely beautiful. We would recommend this contractor to anyone!”
