General Contractors Near Sanford

“We’ve had our master bathroom renovated twice this year. Ready to get rid of our leaking, 18-year-old shower and a useless garden tub, we hired a contractor we found on Thumbtack. After the “Thumbtack Contractor” did an extremely sloppy and structurally unsound job, we found Total Construction Solutions and B.A. Eagles and hired them to renovate the renovation. They did a wonderful job. We now have a safe, and beautiful, master bath.”

“It is my pleasure to review and recommend to you Chris Adams and his firm, Home Upgrades, LLC. My wife and I have worked exclusively with Chris on three home remodeling projects over the past two years. Chris was recommended to us by a local architect and was one of three firms I interviewed before selecting him for these projects. The work involved substantial improvements in i) converting two under-used small rooms into a larger bedroom and bath, ii) a total renovation of the kitchen including extensive plumbing, electric, lighting, new cabinetry and granite countertops, and iii) the complete gutting/remodel of three upstairs bathrooms with new floor and shower tile, plumbing and lighting fixtures, cabinets/countertops/plumbing and electric. The projects included demolition, framing, sheetrock, plumbing, electric, paintings, kitchen appliance and bath fixture placement and more. All of this work was performed by experienced and skilled subcontractors under Chris's daily supervision. While the subs all knew their work very well, Chris knew the entire project and coordinated all of the purchasing, delivery, labor, materials and permitting needed to complete each of these projects on time and on budget. He also worked very well with our design consultant and executed the concept and plans very well. We are highly satisfied with our, essentially, new home! Chris took care to see that the work started and finished in a timely manner each day. All tools were neatly stored away and the work areas swept, vacuumed and cleaned at the end of each day. There was never any need to call him about any delay in schedule or poor quality work. The outcomes of his and his team's work leaves us with spaces we are pleased to be in, to entertain in, to live in. I have never dealt with a more qualified professional. I strongly recommend you consider him for your home remodeling project in the Raleigh area. You will not be disappointed.”

“I couldn't be more impressed with the team that built my covered porch with retractable screens. From our initial consultation in February to completion on April 4th, every phase of the project proceeded exactly as scheduled. The crew arrived promptly at 8 AM each morning and worked with remarkable efficiency. The quality of materials exceeded my expectations. They used premium wood for the structural elements and top-grade screening. Even the concrete footings were finished with a decorative edge I hadn't anticipated but absolutely love. I've had multiple contractors work on my home over the years, but none have demonstrated this level of craftsmanship and professionalism. If you're considering a covered porch with retractable screens, look no further. Their work transforms not just your home, but your entire outdoor living experience.”
