“We just finished the renovation for our entire house. I would say we made right decision to hire The Reno King company to do this project for us. We had purchased a old house in Dec 2016. We decided to renovate it because the house condition was poor. I started to search the renovation company. I got the name of The Reno King from website with high review rating. So I made a phone call to arrange an appointment with the manager Davyn. He sent me a very detailed estimate in a few days. On the same time I phoned another two companies to come to my house to do the quote. One of them was much cheaper than Davyn's but less details. Another one was not even want to do it because of my budget. So I decided to go with The Reno King. The contractor in charge of our project is Tom. I would say he is very professional and experienced contractor. He gave us a lots of suggestions and designs to make our house looks nicer. He is very friendly and easy going person. Another contractor Aaron is a nice guy too. The work environment in my house was always efficient and relax. We had a good friendship with these guys during our renovation. The Reno King has picked several subcontractor who have Canadian license work for plumbing, electricity and flooring. They have good experience but lower market rate. Tom was also in charge of making schedule for different subcontractor in order to have each step of renovation goes smoothly. Because our house is old. We had some unexpected issue happened . The subcontractor always came in time to solve the problem right way. So I was happy that I hired The Reno King instead of another company. Davyn is the manager who is in charge of quality control. His estimate was pretty close the final expenses . He is very nice but strict person of course if his employees made mistake. So the quality of their work is always guaranteed.
