He worked with my busy schedule and met me on a Sunday to look at the work I wanted to do and give me a quote. Steve's quote was right in line with the other 2 quotes I received, so the only thing I had to work with was the recommendation from my friend. Firstly, they showed up on time (that's a huge bonus point right there), they finished the job in the time frame given and the best part is my absolutely stunning kitchen (just in time for Christmas).
