“Mark and his crew remolded the first floor of our home to include taking down three walls, moving the laundry room and a complete new kitchen from the floor up. We couldn't be happier with the end result. Mark was very attentive to our needs. We just recently contacted him to help us on another project. We are planning to add a three car garage with an attached in - law suite. I would highly recommend Marked Improvements without hesitation.”

“Jason and his crew really strive to provide quality work with innovative ideas. They are great to work with. We felt very comfortable with them on site. They also clean up at the end of a work day(very much appreciated). Also we had no problem discussing issues with the crew. They are very open, honest and never got offended. They truly want the customer happy.Jason frequently checked in with us to update status and see if we had any questions, We would say be very clear on what you want but be open to ideas. You will like some and not others(or financial). Its all good. He truly wants you to be happy. We are beyond thrilled with the look, quality of work. We still cant believe its ours. “We hired Fix It Now to finish our ~1000 sqft basement from beginning to end. We solicited bids from a number of companies and found Fix It Now to have the best combination of price, plan, and expertise. Overall we were very happy with the work which was done on schedule. Minor changes and issues were addressed very quickly and we stayed within budget. We have been using this new space for several months and continue to be very happy with the quality of the work.”

Eric always kept us up to date with what was going on and if there were any issues. The project went smooth. The price was reasonable and they were able to complete the job ahead of time. “Olde Forge Builders are great to work with for any home improvement project. They have completed many projects over the past couple of years in my home including new bathrooms, doors, windows, siding and even new landscaping this spring! No project is too big and their ideas are creative when trying to bring your home from the 70's to 2014 style. Many of my friends and neighbors have had projects completed by Olde Forge Builders after seeing my home. These projects include finished basements, new garages, sunroom additions, new kitchens and more. I still have several projects to complete in my home and I know I will be using Olde Forge Builders again!”

“We recently had a large scale addition added to our kitchen, great room, master bed and bath. From our first consultation to the last inspection, the staff at Smithouse were always extremely friendly and professional. After several years of thinking and talking about remodeling our out of date kitchen and living room/dinning room space, we finally made the move and asked friends who they would recommend. Several told us about Smithouse so we contacted Dave and his team. From the very beginning, they listened to our needs and communicated flawlessly. New kitchen island, stainless steel sink, granite counter tops, tile back splash, paint, raising the ceiling, fixtures, lighting….so many decisions for us, but they delivered exactly what we asked for. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished product, that came in on budget and in less time that estimated. JP who managed the project, was professional, courteous, and on time every day. The crew that he brought was phenomenal, from start to finish the delivered, and cleaned up every step of the way. We missed them when they were gone, but 5 stars to the crew and our whole experience with Smithouse…we would definitely do it all again! Loving our new addition!”
