“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

From first consultation and scheduling to demo and install, Dave and his team were fantastic to work with. Communication and honesty were clearly a priority in their work. As with any job, there were surprises along the way, but Dave and the team navigated them brilliantly. “I had a rather small job, a little "nook" in the kitchen, however it was treated as if it were a whole house. My ideas were listened to and incorporated into the design. The crew came, on time and worked until lunch, they had their lunch and got back to work. They were respectful, polite, there was no rough language and at the end of each day they cleaned up every nail, swept and my kitchen never had that "in process" look to it. When the job was done (and quickly) the crew made sure that they had everything inside and out picked up and put back. I didn't have to go out and clean up the construction site. At the end of the project I was contacted to not only insure that I was happy with the work but to make sure I was happy with the crew as well. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job from design, crew, work and completion.”

“Sean and his crew are very professional in everything they do. We had plans for the project but as with anything on paper needs adjustments they we handled very well. Sean was always good about discussing different options to any needed adjustments. It was a pleasure to work with them. The site was cleaned on a daily basis which is very important to me. I will use Sean for any future projects as he is a very trustworthy individual.”

“They did nice job on finished my basement. Only little problem is miscommunication about the flooring. I wish I have driCore so I won't worry about getting the floor wet from minor flood. Every floor slaps got split and I have to push it back together is a pain. They done many floor work beside finished basement. My dining room, kitchen and bathroom, all are nice. One minor problem, they poke hole in wall but they fixed it. The hole in wall behind my refrigerator are sloppy job (I missed see that part). Just found out two weeks ago when a guy removed my old refridge to put in new one. They put nice counter top in kitchen and bathroom. I wish they could do small job for me when I need help with.”
