“Replaced two windows. Installed new kitchen tile. Replaced stone flooring in front door entry way. Repaired damage caused by carpenter ants to one side of my house. Replaced roof on house. Replaced roof on storage shed and added gutter to it. Had him do work on my nephew's condo in Middletown, Ct where he installed new ceramic tile in the condo bathroom and replaced much of the floor molding., and replaced the threshold leading into kitchen. He has done much work for me. He is reasonable, on time, and has always provided value for the money I spent. I will always rely on Lee for any home repairs I need. All my dealings with him for myself and my nephew go back at least three years. The last (new roof) in June of 2015.”

“I got to know Dave Perrotti (Owner) through several community-based and nonprofit organizations he's involved with. When my wife and I decided to reno our kitchen, Dave was our first call. From first consultation and scheduling to demo and install, Dave and his team were fantastic to work with. Communication and honesty were clearly a priority in their work. As with any job, there were surprises along the way, but Dave and the team navigated them brilliantly. We absolutely love our new kitchen and strongly encourage anyone thinking about a renovation to call Dave and see if it's a fit. Thanks FHC!”

“Yankee remodeler was called to give a quote to find out how much a leak repair would cost. We had a contract to include taking off siding and to trace the leak. When one of the staff showed up and looked at the job he said it was not the siding but a pipe on the roof. They made the repair and worked great. Cost has 1/3 the original estimate. We had them come pack and repaint the ceiling where the leak had caused paint damage. Still less then the original estimate. They are coming back next month to replace the older windows in the house. I would HIGHLY recommend them.”

“I had a rather small job, a little "nook" in the kitchen, however it was treated as if it were a whole house. My ideas were listened to and incorporated into the design. The crew came, on time and worked until lunch, they had their lunch and got back to work. They were respectful, polite, there was no rough language and at the end of each day they cleaned up every nail, swept and my kitchen never had that "in process" look to it. When the job was done (and quickly) the crew made sure that they had everything inside and out picked up and put back. I didn't have to go out and clean up the construction site. At the end of the project I was contacted to not only insure that I was happy with the work but to make sure I was happy with the crew as well. I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the job from design, crew, work and completion.”
