For our family, Watlee Construction is taking a million dollar shell of a beach home, gutting it, and revamping it to become our new dream home. And we are doing it on a budget. We wanted to move the stairs in the home, so they brought in an architect to get it done. We wanted a bigger custom spa, and (snap) done, cabinets and design methods were selected in advance, and any changes made along the way were greeted with a solid answer of, "Yes that's possible," or "No, the structure/code doesn't allow for that." My schedule is busy and Ryan has personally met us on nights and weekends, to get the project moving. Without the guidance of the team from Watlee Construction, we would have had exactly what we asked for and nothing more. “Dealing with Hobgood Construction Inc. was such a pleasure for my wife and I. This was our first remodeling experience and they walked us through the whole process from start to finish. We were informed from the very beginning about what to expect in terms of cost and time frame. We both got the feeling throughout the project that they had our best interests as their main objective. One of the most amazing aspects of the whole remodel was the use of the pictures here on houzz.com. We searched through pictures and found a kitchen we liked. We then emailed them to the project manager. Hobgood Construction then was able to remodel our kitchen to look exactly like the picture we sent. This went so smoothly for us that we decided to do the master bathroom the same way. We emailed a picture, and amazingly enough they were able to make our master bath exactly how we wanted it down to the custom made cabinetry.
