“We used the The Design Shop on the recommendation of our general contractor. From the first time my wife and I met Brandon we knew he understood exactly what we wanted. Our first meeting only lasted 30 mins but he got all of the information from us about our needs and wants and used that to make VERY helpful suggestions about ways to improve the plans so that everything flowed in a way we would be happy with. Then, within a few days he had a concept drawn up and we made very few if any changes. Within a week of that we had full size blueprints ready for our builder. His pricing is also very reasonable I would highly recommend and will use The Design Shop again if we ever build another house. We were extremely satisfied and our first home build is almost complete!! Thanks Brandon!”

Tony was flexible, and worked easily with me when I wanted to incorporate new ideas. He is a creative problem solver and came up with great solutions to things I wanted to accomplish. “Howard was absolutely the person for our project. We bought and renovated a huge, old, dilapidated apartment building into four modern, energy efficient town homes, each designed specifically with and for the respective future owner. We incorporated features such as solar water heaters and found that Howard has a vast knowledge of all things green - we really wanted to insulate with strawbale, and he helped us work out a beautiful plan for many other sustainable features that we really wanted to build, but also worked with us to build within our budget. His network of engineers and contractors also was extremely helpful during our build. On top of all this, I can say that I absolutely trust Howard. He was fair, patient with us (as it took us THREE YEARS to come up with funding, and had to change our plans a ridiculous number of times), and a real joy to work with the entire time. Absolutely recommend, especially for those interested in green/natural building/sustainable technology.”
