“My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. “We are completing a full house renovation and hope to be done in July of this year and so far, on schedule! Creative Design has done an amazing job with all of the details. My husband and I have asked many times to revise/change things along the way and the team has gone above and beyond to make it happen. Creative did our first renovation back in 1999 and we had no doubt that they would do a great job when we hired them again for the entire house. We would recommend Creative Design to anyone without hesitation. They are extremely skilled and very professional!”

“Xiomara and team completed the design for our project - a 3 story addition to our 1920's home. We are in the process of adding a finished basement/media room, first floor mud room/powder room/family room, second floor master suite, and third floor bedroom/bath. We chose to work with Xiomara because of her focus on seemlessly incorporating the new with the old - you cannot tell we have even done an addition. Our project was complex and required reworking the entire clay tile roof line. Our house now functions beautifully. Xiomara had many great ideas and she took our rough concept of what we needed and has transformed our home. I would highly recommend Xiomara and her team.”

“We hired Modern Made to do a complete remodel after we purchased a hideous 80's style home. Effraim worked with us to design a totally different look for the exterior, a much more sensible interior layout and we added around 1200 square feet to the back of the house. We had done minor renovations of our previous house and that was a stressful experience. This renovation was the opposite. We had transparent and clear communication the whole time, Effraim made many helpful suggestions for details we had never even considered, and the project was completed within the originally agreed timeframe. We did go over budget a bit, but that was because we requested several upgrades during the construction, so that is to be expected. We gladly recommend Modern Made.”

Not only is Moe extremely knowledgeable he was a complete pleasure to work with. From the start he was honest about the timeline, costs, expectations, etc. - we never felt blindsided or surprised along the process. Throughout the renovation, he was in constant communication and explained the work he was doing and reasoning behind the choices he made. He included us the entire time; we felt part of the project. Renovations can be extremely stressful; however Moe and his team made the journey fun and exciting. We look forward to working with them again!”

“I bought my home not too long ago and decided to renovate our three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. I wanted an aesthetic and modern touch. I was really happy with One Horizon LLC’s work as they paid particular attention to all the details I had mentioned to them. They managed to keep the property clean after their daily jobs, and I was impressed with their ideas as they contributed to the look and feel I wanted for my family and I. “Lee was my architect of record for a gut renovation for a condo in Manhattan that is to commence this fall. He worked with my draftsman to get the initial drawings ready for approval by the building's management company's engineer and the building's board. He then worked diligently with my expeditor as she prepared the package of documents needed to submit for approval not only from the Landmarks Preservation Commission, but also the DOB. Throughout the entire long drawn out process, Lee was attentive and responsive to any changes that were required. He quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with all the other folks involved in moving this project along. If I ever need an architect for another project, I would not hesitate to call Leandro Dickson.”

The principal, Hasnain Nasir was not only passionate but he possess strong knowledge about construction and remodeling. His attention to detail and his efforts to build a great home is the best I've experience by far. He is also informed of the new technology to build Smart Homes. An excellent builder and remodeler if you're looking for one.”
