Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone building a new home or having their home remodeled. “We were treated extremely well by Andy Katzman and his team. Andy as well as his superintendent have been on top of everything, and have gone above and beyond to make sure that all our requests were met. The whole crew, including their contractors, is very professional and have been responsive. Furthermore, Rare Builders/Andy have always addressed any issues - at times we tried to avoid bothering them and we learned our lesson quickly! Our dryer would not seem to work and we kept dealing with the manufacturer only to find out that when I mentioned it in passing to Andy, he knew exactly what the problem was and sent someone out that day. They are absolutely some of the best people we have ever dealt with and will never make you feel like you are a nuisance!”

“Over the past 2 years, we’ve been involved with Loch Builders and their architect Ron Gibson, in replicating a costal style 1930’s revival period house. Very pleased with the architect’s rigorous design, and just as much with how smoothly and timely the builder has worked with Deer Island’s HOA and strict architectural review committee (design plan approval), Lake County’s permitting (unifying two lots to minimize setback issues, and Florida’s St. John’s Water District Commission (drainage setbacks within the conservation land). The team work and professionalism has saved us needless stress, time and money. Furthermore, during the COVID pandemic, when labor and material costs skyrocketed, the builder worked with us to come up with creative ways to offset material costs (ie. wood vs. Hardi-board and window manufacturers), which has help keep the project on-budget. As a discerning (yet realistic and reasonable) client, Loch’s integrity continues to shine through all aspects of their services. Thus, we’re looking forward in having a successful build thanks to a mutually respectful and trusting builder-client relationship.”
