“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”

“I would like to express my true appreciation as a proud and satisfied client of Hagen Homes! After months of working with a builder that could not provide a truly “customized” home, I was in search for a custom home builder. I reached out to Hagen Homes on a referral from a previous client of theirs. From the initial sales contact with Josh, to the personalized house plans with the architect Amanda, and the selections process with Jackie, the team has met all of my high expectations! During every stage of the building process, I have felt included in all decisions making the “what could be stressful” home building experience pleasurable and exciting! The owner Josh Hagen prepared me for every step of the building process so that I was aware of expectations and prepared for next steps and decisions I needed to make. The architect and designer Amanda Morrow paid attention to all the details I was looking for and her plan was nearly perfect from the beginning. Because of her attention to detail, we only needed small tweaks from her original design. The selections professional Jackie Becker spent hours with me in person and through email and phone calls supporting me in all of my selections. She communicated with me regularly which made the process personable. She has impressive detail to attention and communicates well.
