“Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway. During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. The result of Gander Builders' work: a home that meets our needs and warms our hearts. Steve and Sue really created a work of art for us to live in, unique to us.”

“Rite Way created a beautiful and custom full bathroom on the first floor of our 100 year old home. The restroom was created from a useless small room in the rear of the house and is now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. We were able to make every decision on finishes from start to finish and were extremely pleased with the end result. The work started at the height of the hottest summer on record and finished days before we returned home from the hospital with our first child. Everything was clean during the construction and the contractors were a joy to have in our home. There is not a single visitor that comes to our home that isn't overly impressed with the way the room turned out and we have not had a single issue with the workmanship or quality of the room. We will continue to use Rite Way for any renovation project in home, big or small, and cannot recommend them enough!”

“Lionel is a true professional. He did a porch renovation for me this year and it was done with a high level of quality. His attention to detail is outstanding. My project was relatively small in comparison to the new homes he builds or larger renovation projects but he still gave me the attention when I needed it. I would recommend Lionel for future work on anyone's project.”

“I honestly LOVED working with IRPINO Construction for our bathroom remodel. Dominic was amazing at helping us make tough decisions (i.e. total tear-out vs. makeover/upgrade) and was really honest about what he thought, which is much appreciated. Robert, who did a lot of the work, was also incredibly nice to work with and did an amazing job. Even better was it was almost entirely completed in less than a week! We appreciated every moment of the remodeling experience, which is something that probably can't be said most times, but it was truly awesome. We're definitely looking forward to hiring them again in our new home!”

“Building our first home with Serenity Homes Elite was a better experience than I could ever have hoped for. First, we had our own plan, and many builders will only build their models. Next, they not only agreed to use our plan, but improved on it! Nick had so many wonderful ideas, and Cheryl helped us from beginning to end with selections, contractors and any little question that we may have had. The subcontractors that they work with are only the best, and showed professionalism and craftsmanship. Cheryl and Nick were on site so often that I feel that they have become friends. They take such pride in their homes and customers! Our home was completed on schedule, and we have been living in our beautiful home for a year. If you are looking to build a home with little or no stress, I highly recommend Serenity Homes Elite!”
