“My wife and I worked with Riverview Builders to build a new home while planning our wedding at the same time. Initially we visited and talked to 3 different builders in the southwest suburbs of Chicago as we needed to choose a builder who could partner with us during this extremely busy time in our lives. I cannot say enough of at how professional Riverview Builders were as they answered all of our initial questions in a timely and detailed manner and ultimately won us over. We did not regret that decision at all during the home building process as when decisions needed to be made regarding the house they took our input and incorporated the feedback to make it a reality. In addition, they also made excellent recommendations to help identify potential changes that other builders might have overlooked. Once construction began Riverview Builders did a superb job of keeping us up to date with the progress of the house and we were super excited to move into the home after construction was completed 1 month earlier than promised.”

During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. “Heather was our go-to salesperson when buying a new home from Airhart Construction. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and made us feel that our home was a top priority for her. This attention did not end once we signed the contract, though. She's been in touch with news about the construction, interested in our selections (even though those are made with another employee) and genuinely available for questions and support. Our home buying process was made not only easy, but enjoyable, thanks to Heather Mistele. She is a lovely person and an asset to Airhart Construction! Feb/14 We have now done the selection process and the house is at the drywall stage...we have nothing but high praise for the quality of construction and response of Airhart employees. Janet has skillfully guided us through projects that range from selecting fixtures, paint colors, flooring, bathroom tile, furniture, window treatments, and accessories, to working as our general contractor to reconfigure room layouts and oversee jobs like crown, kitchen cabinet, and light fixture installation, and painting the entire first level of our home.
