“I can't say many wonderful things about Green California Builders. I wanted to built a new home and had no idea where to start in regards to design and construction permits. I heard about these guys because of my friend. I met EZ (the main project manager) after scheduling the appointment. He guided us through the entire process with ideas, advises and material selection. I liked his vision and we agree on the budget. Few days later the project started. After few months, we now have a wonderful new house. I'm so grateful to choose these guys and I recommended them 100%!!!”

“MacLeod D&C just finished rebuilding our house after a fire completely destroyed it. Other than taking longer than predicted, the project was a total success. We love the result. The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. His ongoing relationships with the architects and his sub contractors kept communications problems to a minimum. We would definitely hire him again.”

“Formfunction Plus was wonderful to work with. My kitchen, although large in size, was hopelessly outdated, and the way that it was set-up, made cooking and cleaning-up more difficult than it should have been. I also didn’t feel comfortable entertaining my guests there. Andreas, the designer of the company listened closely to my needs, took careful consideration of my personal tastes and designed a kitchen that is now not only beautiful, but most importantly, functional. Additional counter space was added as well as a custom island. Andreas also worked with me to design all new kitchen cabinets and had them especially made. I now have the walnut cabinets that I’ve always wanted! I would not hesitate to recommend Formfunction Plus, as I was very impressed with their attention to detail as well as their level of professionalism. Andreas was always available to answer questions, his employees and tradesmen that he contracted with were obviously very talented, but the best part was that the kitchen was completed on time and within budget! This was quite refreshing considering my last kitchen project where I hired a different contractor, took over 5 months to complete along with many headaches. Save yourself the trouble and hire Andreas and his team. You and your new remodel (perhaps your new home – I know he builds houses from scratch) will thank you for it!”

From the outset, the company owners were highly involved in helping us make design decisions and incredibly responsive to all our questions. It was a true collaboration. The design process and the site configuration steps were clearly outlined with renderings that not only helped us envision the final ADU (interior and exterior), but also matched the delivered product exactly. As with any construction project, there are bound to be complications and setbacks. However, how your construction partner handles those issues are the real test of a client-focused and ethical company. Masaya fits that bill perfectly. They are responsive, communicative, and professional. And final construction was incredibly fast once materials arrived on site. The resulting structure is stunning and every aspect of it is more lovely than we could have imagined. We furnished both units with Masaya furniture as well, rounding out the high quality, high-end look and feel of the entire project. We highly recommend Masaya Homes.”
