“My wife and I engaged John Nanke, Nanke Signature Group, to build our home in Hassayampa, Prescott, Arizona. Prior to this big decision we interviewed a number of builders and decided to go with Nanke Signature group due to the quality of homes he had previously constructed, the input from past clients and our overall evaluation that he was an outstanding and reputable builder of custom homes. We could not have been any happier. Our construction and his commitments to the completion of our home could not have been better. In addition, we found his employees and the contractors he utilized during the course of our 22 month construction to be highly professional and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Nanke is a man of his word who takes great pride in his work and he worked with us every step of the way to ensure quality construction within our budget. I cannot recommend Nanke Signature Group any higher than to state we would go back to him again should we ever build another home. He is a good man and a tremendous custom home builder.”

“Doug and Dez own and run Noble Heritage Builders. Doug has been building homes in the Verde Valley for years and has a strong relationship with great sub-contractors who handle everything from electrical, plumbing, grading and excavation to roofing and tile and granite. Doug uses his own framing and finishing guys who are all top quality. Doug works on the old fashioned principal that his word is his bond. I highly recommend them.”

“Over the years Mickey has worked on a number of projects for me. Mickey brings a lot of strengths to his work. These include: He does a very good job of listening to what his customer wants and then translating that vision into a finished product. He is very efficient. He has always been able to sketch out the project, work with suppliers, and create accurate and thorough bids in a very short period of time. He is responsive to answering questions and executing on work - which is rare in his industry. I know I can trust Mickey to deliver on time and on budget. He has great vision. He is very helpful at working through designs and providing ideas that will work with your budget in mind. This comes from years of experience - he has seen or built or managed about every type of project. ”

“We had a leak in our roof...somewhere, which is where it started. So our new neighbors down the road from had hired Don Savage Construction to build them a house. We wanted more then to just find the leak, we wanted a bigger back porch area, work on the driveway and a walkway from the back porch to the walkway to our sheds. So we called them and they came out and looked at it. It took a couple months because of permits and things, but they got it done. They found the leak in the roof, which we could never find, built a really nice back patio area and we are waiting to get the whole house painted if it would quit raining! The employees are very nice and easy to work with. We have never hired contractors for our houses, did all the work ourselves, so this was a new adventure. It was nice having a crew of guys who were nice and pleasant. They worked very hard, and as fast as everything would allow them to. If we decide we want to do more to the house, we will definitely be calling them.”

“Triple E has completed two very extensive projects for me. The first, in 2013, was the replacement of every window and several doors in my residence. I selected Pella Windows as my dad was in construction and always told me, "Pella is the best you can get." From the moment I met with Jeff Edwards and Jeff Ross about the job the professionalism was apparent and I was immediately at ease. The project became somewhat involved as my home was constructed in the late 1970s and there were some areas that required extra attention and even a 'rebuild' of the frame work around the window openings. The crew working for Triple E (Dave and others) pursued excellence in all installations. There were a few times they ended up removing the window or door that they were installing because it just didn't seem to fit quite right. They were meticulous in all their work. I took, quite literally, hundreds of photos as the job progressed and selected a few for this review. I hope they came through and show the exceptional quality of work provided by Triple E. Triple E has done additional work for me, constructing a 50' X 25' new garage in 2016/2017. I know that if I have work to be done in the future, I'll be calling Triple E.”

“I highly recommend Quality First Homes. They did a kitchen remodel for me and it came out beautiful! He was very fair on price and very prompt on his scheduling. He was very clean. All his subcontractors where very nice and new their job well. My kitchen looks amazing. His design girl has a great eye putting all the colors together and making everything flow. I can't say enough.”

“Crown builders built our home on Stirrup High Dr W in Dewey Arizona. We have been here about six months and we are very happy with our new home. The workmanship is top notch with many modern features and upgrades. Any repairs that have needed to be done have been handled quickly and efficiently by Ron Wolfson of crown builders. Our stone floor to ceiling fireplace is extremely unique and we are happy to have downsized from our larger home in California.”
