After our first meeting, we knew we had found our builder. Jason and Kenny made us immediately feel comfortable and confident. They sought to understand not just our building requirements, but also our personalities, our intentions, and our ultimate vision for the build. The team has been upfront and personable throughout the entire process, from site selection and design to making selections, and the actual build. One of the most exciting points of the process was when the foundation went in. The care and precision that went into our foundation assured us that this was going to be a solid build, and this feeling remained throughout the entire process. The team invited our questions and concerns and took our opinions to heart. We felt heard, valued, and cared for. Since we moved in, the Radford Building Co. has continued to partner with us to make sure we are satisfied with our new home and has taken care of any outstanding tasks. We have already been recommending them to friends who are thinking about building. “I would recommend Absolute Construction and Development to anyone considering building their own home. I've heard horror stories of the construction process but I can honestly say that working with Lisa and Nelu was a joy. The quality of work is the best I've ever seen and they are exceedingly communicative and respectful. Our project came in under budget with an extremely tight deadline. We interviewed many developers before deciding on Absolute and we have never regretted it. One of the biggest pluses for us was the one year punch list. New homes settle a lot over the year as the seasons change and Absolute returned anytime we had an issue and fixed it.”

“Our realtor suggested building a house when we could not find an existing house that we wished to purchase. He recommended Homes By Dickerson based on their reputation for quality and semi-custom homes. We have been very involved in process and despite the usual and expected occasional communication issues, are very pleased with home. It is difficult to rate cost, because all of the homes are so different and not very comparable, unless a customer is a contractor familiar with costs. It was extremely helpful that the representative arranged for us to tour some houses already built in order for us to make decisions on floor plans and details that are hard to imagine otherwise.”
