Mark Wilsey met with us throughout the building process to discuss our expectations and any changes. Mark was very accommodating and open to our thoughts and concerns. We have been in our home for 4 years and we could not be happier with the construction and floorplan. It is exactly what we wanted and we often receive many compliments on the floorplan and construction.”

“Babb Custom Homes is building a wonderful house for us on the beach. I am an engineer and understand construction. I have built two homes and done major remodeling to two others. This will be the finest constructed house I will ever own. I guess the most amazing thing to me though is that the Babbs do what they say they will do and on time. This is a first for me. They and their team have made this process so easy and it was been our pleasure to work with them.”

“Not to often in life do individuals have an opportunity to build a house of their dreams. Our experience started in February of 2014 with Firetti Builders and their "Team". After interviewing five different contractors Firetti Builders were our choice, and it was the right choice for us. Joe Firetti is the head of this team who listens to what his customers want and helps incorporate those ideas into a custom home that is structurally sound and esthetically pleasing. His Project Manager Jay is hands on and works with the subcontractors to assure quality control of each and every phase of construction. Michelle and Debbie work behind the scenes to coordinate and work with the customer to provide updates on costs and other phases of the project. High standards, attention to detail and quality assurance have provided us with a home that we have received many compliments from both family and friends. “This was our first time building a home from start to finish. We spoke with 6 home builders and visited their model homes and homes that were still under construction. MJM stood out immediately. MJM's Quality and attention to detail was evident in every home we looked at. Every client of MJM's that we spoke with, and had the pleasure of touring their homes spoke highly of MJM , and all were extremely happy with the home MJM built them . MJM far exceeded our expectations. Anyone can build houses,but it takes an exceptional builder MJM to build you the home of your dreams. We are living in our home for 2 years now. Everyday we walk through those doors we realize how much we love our home,and how grateful we are that we chose MJM. We highly recommend MJM.”

“After interviewing several contractors in the area, we chose Whitney Blair to build our beautiful coastal retirement home. When we saw homes built by Whitney Blair, we were convinced that Jeff Sanderson and his team would be the ones to build our home. Whitney Blair's team was very professional and reliable. Having an architect and an interior designer in house made the building process painless for us. Whenever we had questions, they were answered in a timely fashion. Advice was given freely. Costs were kept within limits and if something was not necessary, Jeff would give us both pros and cons to consider. His advice was invaluable. Any problems that we encountered, the team made every effort to find a resolution. Each project that was undertaken was completed to our safisfaction. We are very satisfied with our house and will recommend Whitney Blair highly to anyone considering to build in this area.”
