“Thank you for the bathroom renovations. We were impressed by the professionalism of your company. Your workers came promptly to work for a full day, every day until the renovations were complete. Gemco gave good advice about everything from tile choice to decorative layout details. This complete renovation was very messy and yet at the end of each day, Roy would clean up all the tools and pieces. He even swept the pathways on the dustier days. And at the end of the job, there was not any change to the contracted price. Everyone was extremely considerate of being in a family home. Our four young children were treated with kindness and our property was treated with respect. For these reasons, we have already referred Gemco to friends and family. ”

“A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house. I hired CKA Construction for the job and they exceeded my expectations in every category; it was one of the best decisions of my life. Their craftsmanship was excellent; the attention to details was impeccable. I also appreciated CKA Construction's honesty!!! In today's bidding wars, so many contractors will under bid the job so they can get the work; once in the job, they come up with additional charges.
