“Dave Rasmussen and all of the people that work with him are among the most highly skilled, resourceful, honest and considerate people that we have ever had work on our home. Deadlines and budgets were respected and for the most part were adhered to, unless we changed the scope of work. On many aspects of the construction we were presented with various options so that the completed project (a kitchen, pantry, bar, family room and finished lower level) was very tailored to our needs. The whole crew was respectful to our neighbors who never complained during the year-long project. Dave worked seamlessly with architect David Gast, whom I would also highly recommend, so that the entire project proceeded smoothly without time delays or problems of communication.”

“MacLeod D&C just finished rebuilding our house after a fire completely destroyed it. Other than taking longer than predicted, the project was a total success. We love the result. The design was not easy to build - odd angles all over the place and built over a swale that required a complex foundation. It took a lot of care and patience on Ian's part and the skills of several highly competent subcontractors to pull it off. Ian's professionalism, skill, and good humor made the project work - and kept us sane in the process. His ongoing relationships with the architects and his sub contractors kept communications problems to a minimum. We would definitely hire him again.”

“i Have worked with BMF Construction for the past 12 years on a variety of projects, ranging from full renovations and additions to work on my own house. I have worked with many general contractors over the past 23 years of being an architect and these were some of the reasons I hired Derald and his crew to work on my own house: They are trustworthy honest great communicators great value for the cost do the things that they say they will do you get the personal touch they don't play the "change order game" they are simply nice guys.
