“Bay to Beach Builders are building our new house. They use mostly Amish contractors who are clean, respectful and on time. Our sales person Julleanna, is prompt at answering and resolving questions and concerns. The owner is directly evolved with our project, who keeps informed on progress every week. I highly recommend service conscious company for anyone planning to build a new house on the eastern shore of Maryland and Delaware.”

“Safe Harbour Construction went above and beyond in our remodel. Dawn & Phil had amazing suggestions, skilled workmanship and wonderful senses of humor that turned a disaster into a dream home. The remodel process can be stressful & intimidating. They were creative, fair, resourceful and compassionate throughout the whole process. My husband and I took a year to agree on a paint color in our primary residence. However, with the patience, advice and encouragement of Safe Harbour Construction, in a matter of months we were able to transform an entire home and create a beautiful, tranquil, custom retreat that we both love. Their creativity & resourcefulness allowed us so many more updates and details than we thought that we would be able to afford with-in our budget. “Mike was our construction manager during our house teardown and rebuild from 2009-2010. Mike said it would only take one year and he delivered! Mike provided excellent contractors for us to choose from and the only time we had issues was when we didn’t follow his advice. Mike is very experienced and had all the right answers to the difficult questions. Mike was more than fair, dependable and respectful of our time. Hiring Mike as our construction manager as opposed to our general contractor meant that we were responsible for negotiating the contracts with the various sub-contractors that Mike supplied. This is the way we wanted it and it worked really well because Mike was with us every step of the way. His advice was priceless. We have been in our house 5.5 years and have had no issues. The ultimate compliment that one can give to a builder is that you would use them again. We would definitely hire Mike again and could not recommend him more highly.”

“Paul Nalley Sr and Residential Builders built our 2000 sq ft modular rancher. We began the process in March 2014 and completed the home in December 2014. Paul was professional, technically competent, patient, thorough, reliable and everything we could hope him to be. He hired good subcontractors, he was(and is ) responsive to calls, deadlines and our concerns. We worked with an agency called Second Chance, to who we donated our old house for deconstruction and Paul was totally cooperative with them and their schedule. The work of our home is beautiful. Paul gives his honest opinion; when we asked about concrete slab vs basement, he said basement and was so right. He advised us on driveway, the height of ceilings, lots o things and while he would give his opinion when asked, he never pushed or complained when we did something else. This may seem unreal, as our recommendation is so positive, but it is all true. He is now our friend.”

“Lane is building our new beach home. So far, communication has been excellent, process has been smooth, progress is slow but not all their fault, and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. We have a difficult Homeowners Association and Lane (and Jeff) have been very accommodating in dealing with the HOA and the very difficult reps. Lane was highly recommended to me, and I would give them 5 stars except the project isn't finished yet (hoping for end June, '13). We are very pleased so far.”
