They worked with us while we were out of state then they had to deal with us on a daily basis when we moved into town while our house was being built. They were very patient with all of our questions, concerns, etc... Putman gave us a lot of options and even made changes from the orginal layouts they offered. We were extremely happy with all Putman employees and vendors/contractors. We have a Putman orginal and all their homes get customized to make sure everyone's homes are the same. They will work to make sure you are satisfied with the home you purchase or build! We would recommend them to anyone asking for a great builder.”

“NewCastle Homes, LLC builds exceptional custom built homes. They worked with my wife and I throughout the entire process from designing the floor plans to choosing interior and exterior features. Budgets and timelines were established early and adhered to during the construction phase. Their eye for quality and detail was impressive throughout the building process. NewCastle went out of their way to make sure we received our true "dream house" that was promised early in the planning stages. They provided continuous communication and timely follow-up to any questions that we had. We have been in our house for 18 months and the compliments from friends and family continue on both appearance and quality throughout the entire house. Any issue that has come up after closing have been dealt with timely and professionally with no questions asked. “TBL Construction/TJ came to the rescue!!! We initially hired a contractor to drop a load bearing wall. Unfortunately, this contractor did not complete his job and failed to secure a permit. TBL Construction/TJ guided us through everything we had to do and served as the general contractor in hiring everyone we needed to get this job completed! We had no idea that after dropping this wall we needed electrical and HVAC to come in, and not to mention the previous job of dropping the load bearing wall was incorrectly done as the material used was not up to code—TBL Construction/TJ fixed all these issues, cleaning up this mess done by others and most importantly brought everything up to code and made sure our house was safe for my family. TBL Construction/TJ gave us ideas and guided us through the entire process meeting with us numerous times and providing us with their expert advise. TBL Construction/TJ also met with the inspectors to ensure that our home passed all inspections. TBL Construction/TJ handled fixing the structural beams and adding a high top and low bar to our kitchen as well as redoing our fireplace and closing off an entrance. All I can tell anyone out there, is if you are looking for a trust worthy excellent contractor it’s TBL Construction/TJ, they are very professional, very responsive, the quality of work is excellent, and they will make your life is less stressful guiding you through whatever your needs are. “We have been living in our Overstreet Builders home for the past four months. Every day we are extremely thankful that we chose to build our new home with Overstreet Builders. From the moment we picked our lot to today, they have been fantastic! Our build was on time, the worksite was always clean, the sales and office staff were available and able to answer all questions, and the finished product was beyond our expectations. Before we settled on Overstreet Builders, we walked through many previously built homes and construction sites. What stood out to us about a four-year-old Overstreet home (lived in by a family with kids) was that it was in as good of condition as the model home. We could not say that about any other home we saw that was 3-5 years old. The materials and care that went into building our home are noticeably a step above many other builders. Concrete was allowed to cure before they began to build. Steel beams and pillars support our home. Energy efficient Pella windows are standard. The cabinets are custom made and the wooden floors were finished on site. The effect is visually stunning and durable. Walking into our home you would never know we have twin toddlers and two dogs. Having walked through other building sites that have glaring problems, we are thankful every day to owner, Doug Overstreet, and building superintendent, Rob Thornton, for building us a safe, secure, and beautiful home. We know that we made the right choice by building with a team that creates homes, not just houses.”
