Exterior works included a large raised terrace and patio area. The site was established to a high standard with security fencing to protect our front and rear garden and included a welfare hut, site toilet, skip and safe storage of materials. The work was all to a high standard and supervised by a site foreman throughout. Sub-contractors worked to the same exacting standards. There was good transparency around budget which included a Bill of Quantities and two weekly valuations, meaning we never paid for more than completed work or materials on site. Communication with Tom was very good, and the project was completed ahead of time and within the agreed budget. I would not hesitate to recommend TN Design & Build to others.”
