I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Jared and his company, I feel so strongly about his contribution to the team that I will not build in Park City or Summit County if he is not the contractor.”

“We had a pretty severe water leak in our basement that caused extensive damage to the drywall and fireplace. Shawn was able to give a very competitive bid. He explained all that would go in to replacing everything that was damaged and gave us a timeline as to when we could expect the project to be completed. We had family coming into town, so time was of the essence! Shawn was able to complete the work before the deadline, stay within the quoted budget and the finished result was better than expected! He is, by far, the most detail oriented contractor I've met. He is also very considerate of taking care of your home and cleaning up around the project as he goes, so it doesn't get tracked outside of the working area. I would highly recommend NRGY Homes to anyone!”
