“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“If I were to build a home or do a remodel job Morningstar Builders would be a top 5 choice as a contractor in the greater Houston area. Being a supplier to a contractor you truly get to know what type of company they are. I can tell you that they do not cut corners and ask me how they can do a job for cheaper, but rather they ask what they can do to make a job better. This is uncommon in many contractors I work with these days. Morningstar works with you from the beginning to the end. They do not just sell the job, but they help to build it and design it. They really do treat each job as if it was one of their own. I have been happy to know them and work with them and look forward to many years to come.”

“We used this builder to construct our home consisting of 7125 square feet in Spring, Texas and found this builder to provide us with highest quality work and completed the construction of the home on time and in a good and workmanlike manner. Their work was superior and the quality of the materials were excellent. They were always on the construction site and they were great in permitting us to make changes as the construction proceeded and never had a problem with doing extra work. The home is beautiful and we found working with this builder was great. We would hire this builder again to build us another home.”

“WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR??? When looking for a company to remodel or build from scratch, you want a company that is "affordable", "reliable" and delivers "outstanding workmanship". All are important for satisfaction in a final product and all are provided by Strack Homes, LLC. However, this company offers something that may not be at the forefront of thought, but is absolutely necessary for an enjoyable and stress free relationship. This company also brings a "caring and compassionate attitude" that shows up on a daily basis. We know, because when our small church was devastated by Hurricane Harvey, Strack Homes,LLC was there for us! While other churches and businesses were struggling, our restoration work progressed smoothly and every telephone call to them was answered in a timely and professional manner. We are so grateful for our beautifully restored building which we are now enjoying! We highly recommend Strack Homes, LLC and are sure you will be pleased and satisfied with the results. These folks, a family run business, were what WE were looking for and they are what You should be looking for!!!”
