“John Newton of Cornerstone Builders recently built us a home in Weatherford, TX. We could not be more pleased!! John is a man of high integrity. He is a family man, trustworthy, and very intent on making everything right! John is extremely reliable, which is important in the building process. He answers emails, texts and is regularly on site. Having a talented builder is a real plus. He leveled dirt on a tractor, dabbled in a couple plumbing projects, installed appliances and much more. He even cut a metal hanging candle holder that I wanted to hang in a niche; it was just a tad bit too large. He has been in the profession long enough to have selected some outstanding contractors. We feel that we had the "best of the best" plumbers, electricians, tile layers, carpenters, etc. I don't think we will be moving from this gorgeous home, but If we did need to downsize or move for any reason, John would be building us another home! “We contracted Oakmark Homes to build a house on our lot. The entire process with Oakmark was extremely pleasant and stress free. Mark was always attentive to our concerns and changes. He personally oversaw the entire build process. We did not have to deal with a build supervisor or program manager, we worked directly with the builder. Mark is extremely honest and did what he said he would do. We would highly recommend this builder and if we ever build another house we would use Oakmark again.”

“My wife and I thought we knew a lot about building custom houses since I had just built one 5 years ago. The building technology had changed significantly. I am glad we used Will Steed Homes. They were on top of the latest in building technology and practices. The new home they built us is a lot more energy efficient and better built than the one I built 5 years ago. Most people who build a custom home describe how trying it is. We had just the opposite experience. Will was great to work with. “My elderly parents hired Summit Country Homes & Remodeling to remove their existing privacy fence and install a new one all around their backyard. I often worry about my parents being taken advantage of because of their age; Mr. Jones (owner) made me feel at ease immediately. He was very accurate and timely on his quote, plus handled everything from cradle to grave with integrity, professionalism and honesty. With more than 15 years experience as a builder, Mr. Jones’ expertise was key in helping my parents make an informed decision as far as material, height, width, and cost options. His attention to detail is impeccable and that is what makes his work unique. Did I mention that he even built a miniature ladder so my parents’ beloved cats can get up on the fence and sunbathe (the cats’ favorite hobby)? Although this may seem insignificant to many of us, this small detail made a big difference to my parents, they were ecstatic! Mr. Jones truly cares about his customers and takes great pride in his work. Simply put, we will continue calling on Summit Country Homes for all of our building/remodeling needs - again and again. “I would highly recommend Ellen Taylor to build a home for anyone. She is Honest, Nice, and pays meticulous attention to detail. When I was choosing a builder to build my house in Paradise, TX, She invited me to go and see several houses about the same size I wanted to build. The owners were all happy to see her and very proud of their homes. I was impressed with the fit and finish of all!! As we proceeded with building my home, I was impressed how precise everything went together. When I requested something unusual, Ellen would come up with a way to get it done!! All the subcontractors were totally professional. I would be very comfortable to have my family around any of them. She presented me with an estimate of the cost, and when the house was finished, it was right on target with her estimate.
