“We hired OC Builders for a full Kitchen remodel and an installation of a 20’ sliding door. When we met our contractor, Moe, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. Moe was happy to give advice on materials and design but was also fine working with our design. It was a nice balance. We’ve had mixed experiences with contractors on smaller projects in the past but we’re so glad we hired OC for this project. Everything went as expected and there were no surprises. The original quote was pretty close to what the final charges were and the timeline went very smoothly. Moe was extremely communicative and addressed any issue we had in a timely manner. The site was always left very clean every day and the workmen were very professional. We are finished now and loving everything about our beautiful open kitchen and large new doors that open to our back yard. We will not hesitate to hire OC Builders again for future projects.”

“Cutler construction renovated three bathrooms for us, two on the second floor. That included tile flooring (with special materials to avoid cracking), custom vanities, granite counter tops, lighting, exhaust fans, and mirrors, as well as painting. They replaced several ceiling fans, all of our smoke detectors, and added CO detectors. Their work was professional and high grade: no bs, no missed deadlines, no cheating on quality, just total honesty and great craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased and will use Cutler construction in future projects.”

Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”

“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”
