“Zia Construction has our highest recommendation! Adam and Fred came out to our place in North Bend last year to build a new deck for us. Their craftsmanship was excellent, plus they are great people to work with! We liked their work so much that after finishing the deck we had them back a second time for another project, which was to refurbish our existing deck to match the railing style of the deck they had just finished. Great work, and well worth the cost (which was very reasonable)! Will have them back again for our next project.”

“Great Experience with Levite Construction, from beginning to end. The first meeting setup was quick, there was no pressure and I felt that I’m dealing with a professional with a wide experience right away. After the first meeting with Yair the company G.C, the office has scheduled a second meeting with the company interior designer that helped us to creat on a 3D the beautiful kitchen that we were dreaming about. The construction phase was smooth as possible for a project on this scale and I was always comfortable in the process knowing that Yair will be able to handle any obstacle that may arise. The kitchen we have today is a masterpiece and you see the love and attention in every detail in the room. Highly recommend this professional team at Levite Construction for any remodeling project you have!”

“I was looking for someone deeply experienced in technical domains, (architecture, construction, and fabrication) to fit the requirements of my custom home, the Galer Street House. Thomas was tasked with production of the interior custom cabinetry and associated custom woodworking. From our first meeting, Thomas’s communication, experience and broad background gave me confidence that he would understand the complex geometries and be able to deliver the high-end quality needed for this application. From the custom handmade walnut cabinets, custom furniture-like features and being always available to help me when the details needed his attention, he delivered. I was not disappointed. In addition, when challenged by architectural details and budget constraints on the exterior of the home, Thomas, owner of Studio Walker Architects, Inc., was able to take a large burden off my shoulders with his durable design/build approach, which was substantially less expensive and also resulted in a better overall appearance. “The guys at Pacific Coast are super friendly and worked really fast. My wife and I had our 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodeled. Clint was very helpful and offered a lot of good ideas. He was very considerate about working within our budget. As work was underway we had a few hiccups, as you would expect with a project of this size. Our project manager JJ was always willing to make it right. Never argued or gave us any attitude. He often smiled, agreed with us, and said "we'll take care of it". By the end of our project we felt like we were friends with these guys. More than once JJ reiterated "hey, we are homeowners too man". Ultimately, real honest and professional outfit. In a world of general contractor horror stories, its really refreshing to see a group of hardworking guys like this still exists.”

“We have done 2 remodels with Potter Construction. The last was very complicated involving many engineering challenges adding a second story to a house not designed to cary the load. While difficult and with us living in the house too Potter Construction made a successfully completed our house which we get many compliments on. Many have said it does not look like an addition but looks like it has always been that way. That was a major concern of ours and a design priority. Potters design staff and crew litterally worked out a plan in and around us to give us our dream house. they are up to difficult challenges. Highly recommended.”

“A job well done under less than ideal circumstances, namely, using my materials under my direction. I needed someone with experience with Schleuter waterproof membrane and shower pan kit. I had bought all the materials and the local Schleuter dealer recommended J&C Contractors. J&C complied with all my requests with professionalism and respect. The work was completed timely and in a manner consistent with my needs and at a fair price. Thank you J&C for the great work and it was fun to get to know Juan and Edwardo.”
