Temperature Pro was the best choice for me and my families new AC unit!!! I had them give me a quote because I had a feeling my AC unit was on it's last leg. Tim & Chris showed up, and they were very professional, informative, and didn't try to pressure me to buy a new unit - citing my old AC unit could die soon, but it had potential to last several more years. A few short months later my AC unit did die. I called Temperature Pro because I felt like they would do a good job and stand by their final product. Needless to say, I'm extremely pleased. Chris managed the project, and I felt well informed and taken care of the whole time. I now have a new AC and my family is cool.

This company was great. Came out when our A/C broke on the 4th of July. The technician who came out and the owner were a pleasure to do business with.

Arise Services

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJuly 17, 2014
Arise Air staff were knowledgeable of their product, offered multiple options from which we could choose, and did not try to push a particular HVAC unit from the manufacturer we chose. Installation was carried out in a non-intrusive manner by the work crew. The crew cleaned up after the installation without our having to go behind them to re-clean. Instructions were given on the use of the on-line application that can be used to monitor and/or control our system. The owner provided instruction on the care and maintenance of the new unit, explaining in respectful language how to properly take care of our new system. I would highly recommend them to others.

James provided excellent service! He was proactive with communication, arrived promptly and provided great customer service. He efficiently cleaned my dryer line and replaced my exterior out-dated mesh (and hazardous) dryer vent, with one up to code that was more eye pleasing. I highly recommend ATX Dryer Vent Cleaning!

I've been using Eco Air Conditioning for a few years now and have always been pleased with their service. The same person comes out every 6 months and I like the consistency; he remembers what my system issues/needs have been. On the phone and in person, anyone I've spoken to has been very friendly and professional!
Champion AC

I hired Champion AC to install a new Carrier unit in our home in April of 2018. I bought this home in July of 2017, I knew I'd have to replace the unit eventually but once April hit it stopped blowing cold air. We (my wife and I) scheduled the install job quick and Champion was able to accommodate an install within 48 hours. Our home is approximately 3,400 square feet and a huge concern of mine was making sure the temperature was as close to even as possible between the 2 floors. I have an Ecobee3 thermostat (installed it before the new unit), and I had to enable a setting to force the old AC to work a minimum of 45 minutes every hour to keep the house cool (in March / April) After installing the new unit, I've removed this setting and the AC unit only works as needed. Sidenote - I like the Ecobee3 because it has an extra sensor for upstairs, it then uses an average of upstairs temperature and downstairs temperature to come up with a whole home average temp. We installed a new Carrier unit, the guys showed up around 8 in the morning in a big Champion truck. They were very friendly, explained the process before they got started and then got to work. One of the guys went upstairs to start removing the upstairs unit while the other one went out back to work on the outside unit. It was cool to see that neither of them needed to be the babysitter. I worked from home while they worked on the unit, they really didn't need anything from me the entire time. From start to finish the job took a little over 6.5 hours. I'm asthmatic and we have two cats (wife's decision), so we did install an air purifier called an Air Scrubber Plus. After about 8 hours the house started to smell "cleaner", I've felt a bit of a difference with sneezing. It hasn't cured me of my allergies, but I know I'm breathing cleaner air in the home. My wife doesn't love the smell (it smells too clean, almost like a doctor's office sometimes), but I like knowing the air is being purified. I'm one month in and have been really happy with the performance, I'll do an average utility cost of 2018's summer vs. last summer to see what it's saved on the energy bill. I was really happy overall, this is the second unit Champion has installed for me. No complaints here, their staff has been great from start to finish.

We orgionally bought a promotional deal from them through a coupon site, but we were so pleasently surprised with their knowledge and service that we have decided to have them rework our entire AC system. We were shopping new systems, but their company actually took the time to assess our entire house/system, and they were the first company (of 4) to NOT try and sell us a new AC unit first, but asses the health of our existing system. Because of their advise, we were able to simply fix our current AC unit instead of spending upwards of $6000!
