“We purchased service with Air Ducts Pro as part of a promotional deal. They were very quick to schedule service, and showed up right in the middle of the designated arrival window. The cleaning of the ducts was very thorough - they cut holes in the main lines and hooked up their vacuum line that was run in to the house through a window in the basement, and dislodged the gunk in the supply and return lines with their powered, spinning brushes. They showed me before and after pictures of the return lines and let me look myself into the more accessible ones, and the amount of junk on the surfaces before cleaning was impressive - after cleaning it looked much better! The house smelled fresher too. Due to some signs of rust and what might have been mold, they recommended a disinfectant service, but didn't give me a hard sell or scare tactics on it - simply presented the options and let me choose for myself if I felt it was worthwhile. When they were finished they closed up all the holes and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. All in all great service!”

“I was more than pleased with the service I received from I HVAC Solutions. On the hottest day of spring my house was 95 degrees and I couldn’t sleep. I was too busy sweating praying on a breeze to help cool me off. My ac unit was down and I had no clue what the issue was. I hired so called hvac techs from task rabbit and they couldn’t diagnose the issue. They couldn’t figure out why my compressor would not come on when they verified power was going to it. I wasted time with them because of their lack of knowledge and experience. I looked up top rated hvac companies in the area and I HVAC had 5 star rating and enough reviews to make me try them out. I was really impressed with Sam’s knowledge and expertise. He was very professional and the only one who knew what he was doing. He added a hard start kit and told me my compressor is going bad. He also gave me replacement pricing for the system. Everything was up and running thanks to him. I’ll be replacing my system and I’m going with IHVAC. I’m not wasting anymore time with handymen hvac techs. Sam is a master hvac mechanic and hero in my opinion. My wife told me to stop being cheap and hire a real mechanic and that’s what I had to do”

“Nice Home Services did a fantastic job from start to finish. The temperature in our home is the same on all 3 levels. We love it. No more hot and cold rooms. We replaced our oil furnace with a high efficient heat pump. The air cleaners have done an amazing job in removing the smell and dust. No more wheezing and sneezing and no more smelly ducts. Nice Home Services also completed the installation of our propane fireplace and repaired our attic fan. All is well and we are very satisfied with Nice Home Services.”

“I called BGE HOME because my heating system went out. This was during a prolong freez period where the temp dropped into the low teens. My water pipes also froze. The HVAC tech came down, but because of frozen pipes, he could not service the boiler. He did not charge for the visit and helped turn off various water valves and my gas water heater. He gave me advice on how to take as much pressure off the water pipes, so that hopefully they would not burst. He then made sure I had a tech come down as soon as the temp rose above 32 degrees. The system was fixed, and I also had one of their plumbers come down to repair the water pipe. From the various people I spoke with on the phone to the techs on the job, I have to say they were all professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. On one visit, because I could not get off of work, the tech spent time on the phone with me until he understood the problem and was certain he knew where all the valves in my basement were located. That helped my wife stay calm and not have to try to figure out a hundred year old system of pipes and valves. I was so pleased with their service and pricing, that I signed up for a yearly contract. I have never felt this good about a company in the almost 25 years I have lived in the house. Thanks BGE HOME!”
