“We purchased a 60 year old home and hired Diana to assist with updating the inside of the home. She assisted with structural changes and colour and style selections. I was able to communicate to her the style that I wanted and she was able to make those visions come to life. For example, I wanted an open concept kitchen and she was able to determine where all the appliances and cabinets would be placed once the main kitchen wall was demolished. Her colour selections, tile styles and cabinet styles for all three washrooms and laundry room were perfect. She also respected my opinion. For example, I wasn't too enthusiastic about the colour selections for the wall surrounding the fireplace, Diana could sense that and immediately pulled out a different colour selection based on my feedback and I fell in love with the colours. She also gives honest feedback. She pointed out to me immediately if I was gravitating towards a selection that was a 'fad' and not 'timeless. I would definitely hire her again for future projects. I have absolutely no regrets about any of the decisions made, and that is 100% because we had Diana as our designer. Thank You.”

“We hired Aloe to help design and renovate the den in our condo. What a pleasure to work with Chloe, the designer for our project! She was well-prepared for the consultation during our initial phone call, and took the effort to fully understood what we wanted. She addressed all of our needs and questions, and proposed a plan that is within our budget. Throughout the renovation, she kept a constant line of communication with us to make sure we were aware of what was going on. The project was completed on time and we were very happy that she transformed our den from an empty and unused space into a beautiful guest bedroom with storage in which we very much enjoy spending time. We had some friends stay over in the renovated room, and they really liked it! We are so glad that we chose Aloe as our designer. We would definitely recommend their professionalism and expertise to our friends.”

“We worked with Parkyn Design on our new home build. Soon after our architectural plans were done, we got Tania Parkyn and her team involved in the process. This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. Because Parkyn Design is current with trends and ahead of the curve on what’s coming, we were introduced to new products and materials which made the choices for everything both practical and leading edge. Finally, as first time homebuilders, the process of building, designing and decorating a home can be very intimidating. Parkyn Design made this process fun and enjoyable. Tania and her team brought such excitement and passion to our job! Sometimes it was hard to tell who was more excited - them or us! Overall, this is a top-notch design studio. “Ketty and her team/vendors were incredible to work with and my husband and I had a positive renovation experience. Our condo was a complete demolition and re-design but the end-to-end process was effortless. Ketty is not just a great designer but she is very capable of considering the engineering + cost/benefit analysis. Ketty is a natural designer and true relationship partner which was a huge bonus when it comes to a project like this. Without a doubt, our next house design will again be in Ketty's hands!”

“Susan of Toronto Designers has been a lifesaver for me. First when we put our house up for sale she was instrumental in the staging process. Then when we moved to our new house, she was able to facilitate and coordinate the decorating throughout the entire house. She developed a concept and carried it through working with contractors and myself to achieve the look and feel that my husband and I wanted. She is a complete professional - always on time, never wastes time, excellent dealing with retail and wholesale staff, and has a variety of creative ideas for every challenge.”
